San Diego Mesa College freshman Yahaira Zuniga clocked 19:45.9 to place fifth in the 5-kilometer race and helped the Olympians advance to the state finals, clinching one of the team spots at the Southern California Community College Cross Country Championships at Mission Bay Park in San Diego, Calif.
